Position Overview: As an ATM Tier 1 Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for technical and customer support, offering assistance via phone, web, and email to both internal and external clients. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery. You'll report directly to the ATM Operations Supervisor.
Responsibilities Include:
· Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues through telephone support.
· Deliver outstanding customer service by handling and resolving inquiries over the phone.
· Coordinate nationwide technician recruitment, scheduling, and on-site guidance.
· Manage technical support requests, customer updates, and general service needs.
· Perform precise and efficient data entry tasks.
· Engage with colleagues, vendors, and clients from various backgrounds and professional levels.
· Ensure all work complies with company procedures and standards.
Requirements and Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· At least 2 years of experience in technical support for ATMs , Required
· Proficiency in Google Mail and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while staying organized under pressure.
· Willingness to work overtime, including rotating weekends and holiday shifts.
· Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
· Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
